USER AGREEMENT WITH Privatedateclub.com

     Access to Privatedateclub.com services imply the availability by the user of suitable hardware and software devices and therefore compatible with the degree of updating that the manager deems appropriate to adopt during use in order to optimize the management of the service.

1. Membership

     To register to the Privatedateclub.com service, the user must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration, the user is obliged to fill in all the required fields, also the user is responsible for everything he declares at the time of registration. Registration is free!

2. User and password

     To access our service you need to use a username and a password. These are access data and are strictly personal. The member has the obligation to take care of his data. In the eventuality of use of third-party programs, the user is directly responsible for the improper use of his data. In the event that the subscriber communicates his data to third parties, our service has the right to delete the profile without the member being notified. The subscriber can change his password and our service can track his new password and the latest passwords will be changed. Man looking for a woman, woman looking for a man, woman looking for a woman, man looking for a man, all the services need to be paid if you want to use  them, apart from the members who just want to use the free membership. To use the services you just need to register on the site, choose an username and a password.  You can turn on the free service. Possibility to subscribe by entering the data to make the profile, other users have the possibility to contact the new user. The search is carried out on the item "search" and there are multiple search possibilities like: age, profile with photos and online users. At the end of the search, the profiles with the selected search data will be displayed. - insert a maximum of 25 photos on the profile; -send a "like" -the default voice to break the ice; -possibility to view all the photos of certain profiles in a quick and casual way -the box "visits" gives the possibility to see all profiles that have viewed your profile; - in case you receive a message you have the possibility to see only the sender and to reply you have to subscribe; -block users gives you the possibility to not receive messages from users with whom you don't want to have  contact.

     Privatedateclub.com is not responsible for the conduct of users or their compatibility with you. You agree that Privatedateclub.com is not obliged to select its users, to investigate their past or to verify the information they have provided. You agree that not all users are available to verify their affinity and that Privatedateclub.com can create test profiles or accounts to monitorize the functioning of the Services.

     Privatedateclub.com other users. You are responsible for the use of the services. This includes all the risks associated with any online and offline interactions with others, including dating. It is extremely important to act with caution when communicating with a stranger who wishes to meet you.

     Privatedateclub.com is not responsible for any errors, defamations, slanders, omissions, lies, obscenities, pornography or vulgarity that you may come across.

4.Upgrades

The benefits of packages:

     With the "Naughty" and "Indecent" subscription you can use the chat / messages with all users who have made the upgrade !!!

     With the "Pretty and spice" subscription you can use the chat / messages with all users who have made the upgrade and the cam service only with "Pretty and spice" users

     With the "Spicy" subscription you can use the chat / messages with all users who have made the upgrade and the cam service with the users that have the same subscription but you  cannot see use it with "Pretty and spice" users

     With the "Love Story" subscription you can use the chat / messages with all users who have made the upgrade and the cam service with "Love Story" users but you cannot see "Pretty and spice" or "Spicy" users.

     With the "Private Night" subscription you can use the chat / messages with all users who have made the upgrade and the cam service with "Private Night" users but you cannot see "Pretty and spice" / "Spicy" / "Love Story" users

     To use the cam without problems, users must have the same subscription type and the same subscription numbers.

     The subscriptions are unique. We are sorry but you can not pay the difference you can only add one from the other as a duration

7. Canceling the registration

 The profile can be deleted  at any time if the subscriber no longer wants to use our service by accessing the "delete profile" item, by clicking there the profile will be immediately deleted and all data together provided to our service. To remove your Privatedateclub.com account you need to navigate to Account Preferences -> (and click) "Remove Account".

8. Copyright

     All the contents of our Privatedateclub.com service, such as logos, photos, animations, videos, graphics, cannot be reproduced and used by other services. Subscribers are strictly limited and cannot download, print or reproduce anything they hold from our service. The pages of the site cannot be replicated,distributed or exploited outside our site.
